This role is played by the moderator: in mod-host and in-person games the mod messages the player in private chat and resolves the ability by hand. Automated nights do not prompt for it.
One night per game check someone to see if they or their neighbors are a werewolf. Thumbes up if one or more is a wolf. If you get a thumbs down you plant a bomb under the seat of the person you check if they die their neighbors go withthem

Wins with the village once every wolf is gone.
