1. Report a player

In a game, tap Report in the top bar of your phone or host screen. Pick the player and a reason, then send it.

From a profile page, use the Report button.

You need to be signed in to send a report.

2. What happens next

Real people review every report. The outcome is no action, a warning, or a suspension.

Reporters are not told the outcome. This keeps everyone’s privacy.

3. Block someone

You can block a player from their profile page.

A blocked account cannot join or spectate rooms you host. It cannot send you friend requests either.

Blocking does not remove someone who already has a seat in your room. Remove them from the lobby if needed.

You manage your blocks on the Friends page.

4. Suspended accounts

If your account is suspended and you think it is a mistake, reach us through our contact page and write from the email address on the account.
